1. Travel Advisory Services
Beige Bookings LLC provides personalized travel research, planning, and reservation assistance for individual, group, luxury, leisure, and corporate travelers.
Beige Bookings operates as an independent travel advisory business affiliated with Fora Travel. Travel arrangements may be facilitated through Fora Travel and third-party travel suppliers.
2. Third-Party Travel Suppliers
Beige Bookings works with independently operated hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
Each supplier maintains its own terms and conditions, which may include reservation requirements, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund restrictions, change fees, and other provisions.
All reservations are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the selected travel supplier, booking, and rate or fare. These terms will be provided or identified as appropriate during the booking process.
3. Pricing and Reservations
Travel prices, availability, promotions, amenities, and special offers are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
Quoted prices may be subject to additional taxes, fees, restrictions, or supplier conditions, which will be identified as applicable during the reservation process.
Beige Bookings cannot guarantee availability, pricing, complimentary upgrades, or special requests unless expressly confirmed by the applicable supplier.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation deadlines, modification policies, penalties, and refund eligibility vary according to the travel supplier and individual reservation.
Some bookings may be nonrefundable or subject to substantial cancellation penalties.
Applicable supplier policies govern cancellation and refund eligibility, subject to mandatory legal rights and any separate written agreement with Beige Bookings.
Beige Bookings will assist clients with cancellation or modification requests but cannot guarantee supplier approval, refunds, credits, or exceptions to published policies.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal and reservation information and reviewing their booking confirmations.
Travelers are also responsible for obtaining appropriate passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and other entry documentation required for their destinations.
Travelers should review applicable government advisories and travel requirements before departure.
6. Travel Insurance
Beige Bookings recommends that clients consider appropriate travel insurance to help protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
Insurance coverage, exclusions, and claims are governed by the terms of the selected insurance provider.
7. Changes and Events Beyond Our Control
Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supplier operational decisions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Beige Bookings.
Beige Bookings will make reasonable efforts to assist affected clients. However, the availability of refunds, alternate arrangements, or other remedies depends on the circumstances, applicable supplier terms, and governing law.
8. Responsibility and Limitations
Beige Bookings provides travel advisory and reservation assistance but does not directly operate or control third-party hotels, cruise lines, airlines, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.
Suppliers are responsible for delivering the travel services they agree to provide.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beige Bookings is not responsible for independent supplier actions, omissions, or service disruptions outside its control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Applicable Booking Terms
The specific supplier terms, fare rules, booking confirmations, and other applicable reservation documents form part of the conditions governing each travel arrangement.
Where supplier-specific terms differ from the general information on this website, the applicable supplier terms govern that supplier's services, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed obligations of Beige Bookings.

I understand that the travel arrangements selected through Beige Bookings LLC are subject to the applicable travel supplier's terms and conditions, including payment requirements, cancellation deadlines, modification fees, and refund restrictions.
I acknowledge that I have received or been given access to the applicable booking terms and have had an opportunity to review them before authorizing my reservation.
I authorize the reservation and applicable charges as detailed in my booking proposal or confirmation.
We appreciate the confidence you place in Beige Bookings and are committed to treating your personal information with care, professionalism, and respect.
