At Beige Bookings, I don't simply make a reservation and send you a confirmation number. I personally review, verify, and follow the important details of your trip before you travel.
My standard is simple: when you arrive at your hotel, resort, cruise ship, or destination, I want the people taking care of you to know you are coming.
What that means when you travel with Beige Bookings:
- I personally verify your reservation. I communicate directly with the hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, or appropriate travel partner to confirm the important details of your booking.
- I confirm your accommodations. Room or cabin category, bedding configuration, travel dates, number of guests, and other important reservation details are reviewed. Special requests, celebrations, accessibility considerations, and preferences are communicated whenever appropriate.
- I confirm your arrival and departure arrangements. Airport, hotel, resort, and cruise-port transfers are reviewed so there is a clear plan for getting from Point A to Point B. When appropriate, I arrange private transportation for a more seamless experience. Additional charges may apply.
- I research beyond public reviews. When I haven't personally stayed at a particular property, sailed a specific ship, or experienced a destination myself, I consult the extensive firsthand advisor knowledge, property intelligence, reviews, and recommendations available through my Fora network.
- I have an entire travel network behind me. I have access to Fora's community of travel advisors, destination specialists, hotel and cruise partners, and industry resources. When additional firsthand knowledge is needed, I know where to find it.
- I check the details that are easy to overlook. Cancellation policies, payment deadlines, resort and destination fees, inclusions, important restrictions, and other booking conditions are reviewed before travel.
- I consider the entire journey. Flights, connection times, airport transfers, hotel check-in and check-out, cruise embarkation and disembarkation, tours, and other components are considered together—not as unrelated reservations.
- I look for added value. Through Beige Bookings and available preferred partnerships, I check for applicable amenities, hotel credits, breakfast, upgrades, special recognition, or other benefits that may enhance your experience.
- I communicate what matters to you. Birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, dietary considerations, mobility needs, and other relevant requests are shared with the appropriate travel partners. Individual suppliers ultimately control fulfillment, but I make sure your requests are known.
- I review your trip before departure. Important confirmations, transportation arrangements, documentation, and travel details receive another look before you leave.
- I ask questions when something doesn't look right. I don't assume. I verify.
